|Introduction to Sports Medicine (UNO KINS 1010)

In this course, students will explore different elements of sports medicine such as common injuries to both the upper and lower extremities, basic first aid for these injuries, and safety in sports. Students will also explore different careers in the field of sports medicine such as the education and training required.
Students that take this course as dual enrollment through UNO will register for both KINS 1010 at UNO along with HLTH 039 at UNHS. More information about taking UNHS courses for college credit at UNO can be found at https://highschool.nebraska.edu/courses/dual-enrollment.

|This Dual credit course is offered in partnership with UNO. Students must contact UNHS for the UNO Dual Enrollment Form when enrolling in the course as there are deadlines to enroll for UNO credits. Students will pay tuition at both UNHS and UNO and receive credit from both institutions.
