Description:Public Speaking provides both theoretical basis and practical instruction for speaking effectively in public.  It emphasizes training in basic speech skills, development of voice, topic selection, audience analysis, speech preparation and organization, researching, strategic and creative language use, effective listening and delivery skills, and common types of public speeches, and acknowledging the influence of various cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
