Description:
This course provides the study of plant physiology and morphology and its relationship to maximizing growth, development and reproduction of crop and forage plants in the changing global environment. Topics include: drones, GPS technology, coding, harvest data analysis, and management decisions. Identification of agronomic crops and major weeds in crop production and harvesting and handling will be emphasized. Classroom and laboratory activities are supported through supervised agricultural experiences and leadership programs and experiences.
