Description:This course is an overview designed to introduce the student to agribusiness management in the free market enterprise system.  The semester includes types of business arrangements, economic principles, budgeting, analyzing record keeping procedures, agricultural business related laws, computer applications and record keeping, attributes of successful managers, government programs and a practicum in agricultural business management.  The class will form a cooperative that will handle management decisions of the fruit sales.
