| Description: | Students will continue to hone their visual skills allow them to make
digital work that demands attention. Emphasis will be on merging the creative process with advanced techniques and current trends. Those techniques elaborate on illustration, photo manipulation, typography, mixed media and animation. Students will explore their own style, expressive intent and be introduced to client interactions. Personal growth will be the result of guided and independent exploration regarding which techniques would successfully communicate artistic goals and perspective. Student designers start to build a personal digital portfolio in this class. This course meets fine arts or technology requirements and helps to explore careers in design fields. Students must have access to a computer with current versions of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects. Prerequisite: Digital Art 1 |
